Q: How are the payment levels (tiers) determined?
A: The payment levels are determined by the talent acquisition team and are directly related to the talent availability for a specific position. The talent availability is related to where the position is located and the function (accounting, information technology, engineering, etc.) In some of our more rural locations where the talent availability is small then the payment level is going to be higher. In other situations where the position is located in a higher populated area but the function is in high demand, the payment level is going to be higher.
Q: Who pays the referral fees?
A: For this particular program the referral fees will be paid from the human resources talent acquisition budget.
Q: What happens if the candidate I submit gets hired for another position?
A: If the referral you submitted is hired to a different position and it is within 6 months of the time you submitted them, you will be paid the referral fee designated for the position where they were hired.
